Led environmental approvals and stakeholder engagement programs supporting major operational modifications to the Cadia Valley Operations Project Approval. Developed proactive engagement strategies with regulators, local community stakeholders and Registered Aboriginal Parties.
Mangoola Coal - NSW
HSEC Manager - Greenfield Project Development
Developed and implemented the Health, Safety, Environment and Community management system through construction and operational phases. The system was subsequently adopted as a corporate standard across Xstrata Coal NSW operations.
McArthur River Mine - NT
